New features
Enforcing KaseyaOne Unified Login
This feature enables admins to standardize the login experience across all instances by enforcing KaseyaOne authentication for all user accounts. For added flexibility, admins can customize access by adding users and role groups to an exception list, ensuring uninterrupted access for technicians while aligning with your business needs. For more information, see Enforcing KaseyaOne Unified Login.

Fixes
Ticket | Fixed: Tickets with a long description in a single line (no-line breaks) were not reformatted for printing, causing data to bleed into the Ticket Details section on the right-hand side of the Print option. |
Vorex-Datto RMM Integration | Fixed: Tickets created from Datto RMM were not respecting the main branch of the company, and this was resulting in duplicate ticket numbers. |
Ticket Configuration | Fixed: When switching from the Company Settings page to the Ticket Configuration page, the default SLA was saved as NULL if no selection was made. Previously, it was saved as "empty" in the Company Settings page. This change was impacting the creation of tickets from the email parser and the assignment of tickets to clients under unknown tickets. In both scenarios, the SLA defaulted to -1 due to being NULL, which was causing issues with saving the ticket. |
MFA | Fixed: When the user navigated to the login/gateway page and entered the correct user, company, password, and filled in the wrong MFA and clicked Next to return to the MFA page, the MFA field still displayed the previously entered data. |
Recurring Services | Fixed: When posting recurring services using the Post All button, the prorated periods were posted with the wrong price which resulted in having wrong total price and wrong invoice total. |
